“Flyway” adaptation

This collaborative field recording project between poet Sarah Ens and sound artist Jami Reimer takes as its source material Sarah’s longpoem Flyway (Turnstone Press, 2022), in an ongoing sonic investigtioninto the migrations of Russian Mennonites to southern Manitoba and migratory birds on the remaining tallgrass prairie.
